Nautilus Rejuvenate Themes on 2025

Hi! First time here. Purchased a Black Label 2025 Nautilus yesterday. I only see the Waterfall theme on my system for Rejuvenate. There is no update I can download. Not sure if I should have the Aurora Borealis & Elements themes available and wondering if I can get them somehow. I will be talking to the dealership this week, but any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Edit - I think I found the answer. Download from Google Play. Will try this and update.

You're correct in your thinking that you should have more than just the Waterfall theme. The Rejuvenate system, which is standard on your Black Label trim, comes with three unique themes: Waterfall Meditation, Aurora Borealis, and Elements.

I believe the reason you're only seeing one is most likely due to an incomplete over-the-air (OTA) software update or a glitch that occurred during the final setup at the dealership. When the Nautilus was first released, the Rejuvenate feature itself was not fully activated and had to be installed via an update. It sounds like your system only downloaded and activated the Waterfall theme.

Since you're not seeing any available update to download yourself, the problem is most likely on the dealership's end. When you talk to them this week, you should be very clear that you're missing two key features: the Aurora Borealis and Elements Rejuvenate themes. They will likely need to connect your vehicle to their proprietary system to force the software to install the missing theme files.

You should not have to pay for this as it's a brand new Black Label vehicle. It's a software issue that they should resolve under warranty as part of the vehicle's delivery process. It's a technical glitch, but they have the tools to fix it.

Thank you so much for the supportive comment! I did find (by reading the in car owner’s manual ) that I needed to download the other themes via Google Play. That did end up working for me. I’m thrilled to own this car. It’s my first Lincoln. I appreciate you reaching out.
