My Lincoln
2024/Nautilus
In my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, I noticed a weird noise coming from the rear doors. After taking it to the dealer, they diagnosed the issue as a problem with the door lock actuator. Their fix was to apply tape to the door latch striker, which reduced the noise.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, did you find a more permanent solution?

Not particularly but it is not silent when locking.

Interesting. Mine makes no noticeable noise when locking/unlocking. I usually have to tell my passengers once its unlocked if they aren't paying attention to the little light or don't know to double pull the latch.

Same. Locking and unlocking are completely silent.

Same with my ‘24 Nautilus BL. Completely silent. Sometimes I have to make sure it’s locked by looking at the lock button to see if the amber LED is lit on it.

Same on my Nautilus Reserve II hybrid, I can’t hear them lock I have to check the led on the door for the lock symbol to know.
