My Lincoln Nautilus is back and after 4 days of better shifting the transmission is again very jerky in low gears.
I understand the smaller engine can cause a bit of this feeling but this is just not how a 2019 car should shift.
I don’t know what to do but I can’t accept that is how a Lincoln should drive..
If the computer fix doesn’t work May I trade it for a Lincoln that will shift correctly ?

Try a different dealer(?).

Compare to an identical model car to better describe what is wrong exactly, and which might give you more resolve to say "hey, this car is broken".

How much warranty remains? What year is it?

Go online and google your car year and model and "transmission".

Sound like a software issue that can be addressed by a dealer reboot!
