My Lincoln
2023 Lincoln Corsair
Just had my first experience with my Lincoln Corsair will actual winter weather and snow and ice.
Vehicle was parked outside in snow and ice. Remote started it and drove to TSC.
Restarting the vehicle after being in store about 10 min I have endless faults.

ABS Light is on. Parking brake warning of limited function. Blind spot monitor fault. Pre collision assist fault. Front lighting features temporarily disabled. Traction control fault.
AWD keeps flashing between AWD temporary disabled and then AWD restored. LKA temporary disabled.

Not sure it that's all of them on not. Some disappear and reappear.

Is it snow and ice build up? If that's the case seems like a real PIA. It's winter. Snow and ice build up in bad weather.

Also steering is really tight as if there no power steering.

I'll call dealership in morning.

2024 Corsair Reserve. 11,700 miles

All of those faults from all those diffferent modules leads me to think its the GWM. The Gateway Module is the central hub for all other modules in the vehicle. If it goes down (My wife has a 24 Corsair Reserve II and hers went in and out, we had them warranty the GWM and all is well. We had numerous faults as well) then it throws the other modules for a loop and they code out.

Good to know. We have almost the same vehicle. I have a '24 Reserve Collection II. Couple odd things sets my vehicle apart from most others. I have no sunroof. I have factory tow package. I've researched this now after being freaked out. Seems it's the module or a wheel sensor or wire harness leading to wheel sensor. A bad wheel sensor can cause every malfunction warning. Every one of those systems are tied together with info from a wheel sensor to activate a function if need be.
I've searched internet and found similar issues with Ford Escape and also Lincoln Aviators.
Just a call to the dealership and giving service tech some info and VIN they able to remotely see malfunction warning triggered through Lincolnways app.
I was worried the vehicle wasn't driveable. Everything I've seen said it was okay to operate. It's just that important safety features won't function if a situation arises they are needed.
I've read that power steering seems to get really tight. Which it did. Also read that Lincoln vehicles with adaptive suspension the suspension defaults and gets really tight and rough riding.
It was snowing at the time The trip home from the store was less than 3 mi. We were traveling at slow speeds because of the weather. I can't say that I noticed any difference in suspension. The reserve trim level would have the adaptive suspension.
I was concerned I would have to have the vehicle towed. It doesn't appear that that's the case.
One downfall is the Ford/Lincoln dealership I will have service done at already told me they no loaner vehicles available. Won't be any available. All are out on long term loans. Dealership has several lengthy repairs involving transmissions and EcoBoost engine replacements. Not sure how I should address that

My wife's is a 24 Corsair Reserve Collection II AWD in Silver Radiance with ebony interior, the panoramic vista roof, and factory tow package as well. Hers wasn't a wheel sensor, it was the GWM but also, there is a TSB out for these issues. Allegedly theres a software update coming in Q4 2024. We shall see what happens.

Hi Cuemark. Sorry to hear about your issues. Concerning the lack of complementary loaners: Call Lincoln Concierge, politely inform them about your vehicle needing service, your Dealer telling you they have no available complementary loaners, and speak to them about how to obtain a rental vehicle and receive compensation.

Keep us updated and good luck.

From what I read it seemed this vehicle was driveable. Basically none of the advanced safety features are functioning.
I drove the vehicle yesterday with those issues present.
This morning I started the vehicle and all of the issues are magically gone. No issues. No warning lights. Everything functioning as normal.
It is to go to dealership Tuesday. Now I'm unsure if anything can be done now it's back to normal again.
The dealership was able to see remotely the issues that were present. Multiple warnings appeared in the Lincoln app.

I will keep those interested posted of updates.

The codes will still be logged in the modules even though the errors and lights are no longer present. It seems these vehicles have networking issues with the modules. The GWM being replaced has fixed ours. Something I would mention. Also check your updates on the touch screen, did any updates recently fail or are they "incomplete"?

I'm going to mention this forum and this thread to the service manager. Over the phone he was kind of at a loss when I called for service. Another service advisor took my call later the service manager and tech called me back. We were discussing about having the vehicle towed in at that point.
Recently this vehicle went through an update. I had no set time for the updates to happen. While I was driving down the road my screen reset probably about 2 weeks ago. Within minutes of that it reset a second time..
Within a day or so of that reset that's when I had the issue with the Creek collision assist going off when there wasn't an issue and no eminent collision.
This was on a Wednesday. Two days later was when I had everything else go haywire and started this post.
This vehicle still scheduled to go to the dealership tomorrow at 2:30.
