looking to downgrade sync 3 software on a 2018 navigator

I’m trying to downgrade my sync 3 software back to version 3.0.17302 . Does anyone know where i can find the file for it? Tried Lincoln and Ford vin check but they say im on the latest version already so i cant get it to show up. (upgraded via usb trying to get a newer version and my infotainment is minimized and wont fill the screen) thanks.

I didn’t downgrade mine. I upgraded mine to 3.4, Build 2220

Then I did the following:

Works like a champ. I did the upgrade three years ago and no issues.


I would assume you could download a lower version of Sync and install it too, but I did the upgrade.

That’s exactly what I did, and have been pleased. It didn’t take long to figure out that the dealerships are in way over their skis when it comes to any of these updates, or troubleshooting any issues.
