Lincoln welcome isn't working anymore. The light doesn't come on

The light doesn't come on and the running board doesn't open when you walk up...not until you unlock the door. Batteries in key fobs are brand new. I checked the settings and both are checked to happen. Any Ideas on where to look?

1) It could be due to battery state of charge. If the BMS thinks battery is low, it could shut off some features.
2) Make sure you have running boards set to auto deploy.
