It’s my understanding that the Lincoln Rewards points can be used for service and parts, but the salesman said that there’s a website with all kinds of other products. Does anyone know anything about that?

No. You create an account through Lincoln. You are given a particular tie based on vehicle purchase. Login to you owner site and the rewards available to you are in there.

Yes, there is a Lincoln website regarding Lincoln accessories - not sure the link. I think that includes accessory type parts - but I believe your points only apply to purchases made locally at the dealership.

The FAQ through Lincoln doesn't indicate that, but sometimes that information is lacking.

I also noticed this:

• DO LINCOLN ACCESS REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE?
• Lincoln Access Rewards Point balances expire and are forfeited when you have not earned Points, redeemed Points or fulfilled a reward earned through Lincoln Access Rewards for 365 consecutive calendar days. App usage does not qualify as activity needed to keep Points from expiring. To help in these uncertain times, expiration of Lincoln Access Rewards Points has been extended to December 31, 2021, for Points earned prior to January, 2021. Points earned after January 1, 2021 will expire at the 365-day mark, starting on the date of earning, with no other activity.
