Lets Discuss Extended Warranty Options

We all must be careful in coining any sub-par performance issues, software glitches, quality issues etc. as being “Normal for Lincoln”.
I own a Lincoln.
The issues one may experience with a different model Lincoln may not be present, and/or not applicable to the one I & others may own.
It would be more apropos to say it is “Normal for the Hangzhou China Lincoln”.
We need to be careful not to debase the entire group of Lincoln offerings over one problematic stepchild in the Lincoln model lineup!

Just remember you have the minority opinion on this. The China-Nautilus is not a thorn in the Lincoln/Ford array of vehicles, but a rose.

I agree that software is the only 'quirky' aspect of the vehicle, but for us I'm not sure I'd even state that. I can't think of a real issue with the software in any of this things we do, and we've had no hardware issues since rotors were replaced in September.

I happened to call Endurance since they were bombarding me with letters. Made the mistake of calling them just to be hammered with high pressure sales tactics which totally turned me off. Their rates are nowhere near as competitive with Zeigler's so don't walk, run from Endurance.

I went with fidelity from my dealership. Ended up being 10 year from today and 150k miles for $4000 on the 2022 nautilus with 2300 miles. They started at $5200.

Zeigler and such was the same price (around $4100) but from in service date, so I would have lost almost 3 years already if I did a 10 year plan.

You folks are lucky. Here in Nannyfornia you can't buy extended car warranties online, even from a dealer located in state.
