My Lincoln
2025 Lincoln Aviator Reserve
I have a 2025 Lincoln Aviator reserve with a number of issues that the dealership is scratching their heads at, wondering if anyone else has the same problem and managed to get it resolved.

1. Banging, clonking noise from under car when reversing or moving forward slowly less than 5 km per hour with or without application of brakes. Dealership says noise is normal. Feel it in center console area. Its as if something is pounding under car.
2. Cold air blowing from under from driver and passenger seats. Very uncomfortable situation my legs are freezing and my upper body is fine. Temperature gun shows upper vents blowing 25 degrees and vents/air under seat at 7 degrees. Dealership says blend door is working properly, no fault codes and the cold air blowing is normal. It makes it very uncomfortable to drive and the car in winter gets cold very quickly. Have to set thermostat to much higher just to maintain warmth.
3. Intermittent "Park Brake Fault Service Now" and "Auto Hold System Fault." Dealership says its temporary glitch, no trouble codes in system. Has happened 3 times now and the car is only 5 months old. I took a picture of it.

Any help would be appreciated.
