I know this is the first year the car was built in China. It feels great and the quality seems solid, but I’m curious how it’s holding up after a year for those who drive it daily. Has anything broken or started to feel flimsy over time? How do you like it overall? Any regrets?
I've got 17,000, mi on my 2024 and don't have really any issues to speak of. I'm not entirely happy with the unresolved minor issues with the brakes. Other than that, I'm happy.
While the 2024 was the first year of the redesign, they've been building the Nautilus in China since 2021 just not for the US market. I think that people have a tendency to not separate two entirely different concepts: ultra cheap Chinese knockoffs of consumer electronics and high-end industrial manufacturing. Two drastically different worlds.
22k miles on mine since Feb 2024. Drivers seat creaks a little from time to time but that's really it so far. Leather still has no creases or wear, no new rattles, everything works as it did new.
30,000 miles on my 24 BL. The only current issue that I have is the intermittent brake noise that it's had since day one. I consider earlier frustrating issues with the electronics and battery to be resolved. I have had no other mechanical issues. The interior pretty much looks like new. I don't have any obvious noises that it shouldn't have. I'm happy.
Have had my 25 since May 25. 9000 kilometres as I am in Canada.
Other than the very occasional rake grunt , I have not had a single issue.
Very smooth driving and quiet.

2024 Reserve ICE with 10.5K miles almost 1.5 years old. Overall no issues, rattles or problems. The brakes have grunted 3 or 4 times since we owned it. The lock icon on the exterior of the passenger's door always works. On the drivers door it doesn't (since it was new) and you have to push the 7-8 / 9-10 buttons to lock it. No big deal. It's my wife's car and she really likes it.
After almost 15k miles with the hybrid, the vehicle feels solid. I only have one occasional wind related rattle and that is the underbody shield. It only occurs when driving above 65mph and wind in certain direction. The dealer worked on it and reduced the rattle but still present. I crawled under the vehicle and found the general problem. With a little deflection the shield can strike the body or some metal tubing. I will work on that later. Everything else has been good. Love the gas mileage.
I have never heard the grunt noise but have heard a grinding sound (assume rust, etc) when brakes are pressed harder than usual.
The software issues are annoying - less because they occur but because Lincoln is slow to fix. I am certain many of these were known when they launched the vehicle. The software lacks robustness. The touch screen is not as sensitive for me and menus are too layered. Supposedly the pedestrian software fix can be delivered OTA but have not seen it or anyone else reporting it,
