My Lincoln
2022 Aviator Black Label
Hi Everyone,

I’m in the process of replacing the HCM (Headlamp Control Module) on my 2022 Lincoln Aviator Black Label, due to a dashboard error and non-functioning high beams. (FYI this vehicle is salvaged)

I purchased a new HCM module from Ford, matched to my VIN. Using FDRS, I attempted to perform a PMI (Programmable Module Installation), but encountered the following error:

Procedure Unsuccessful - CallGetRestore: Invalid hardware: LC5B-14F110-AA
(See attached screenshot)
I also tried retrieving the As-Built data using my VIN from Motorcraft Services, but that didn’t work either.

Has anyone successfully used Forscan for this module? If so, could you please share the correct As-Built data or guide me on how to get it working?

Any help is appreciated—thank you!IMG_3359.webp

@Jesse-Infotainment is this something you can assist with please?

Hi @Everyone, has anyone been able to review this thread?
Hi. Not exactly what you mean by review. I, like several others, have read it.
