I will say I have some concerns based on my first and only experience with valet service. Pickup from my office was fine. I had told them I didn't need a loaner as long as they could promise to have my car back by 4. No problem they said. I was wondering if they would pick it up on a flatbed or send two people....they sent two people so someone drove my car the 25 miles to the dealership.
I called at 2:30 to check on my car, SA told me the car wash was backed up and it would be on it's way back to me shortly. At 3:30 I checked the app, and the car was still at the dealer. I texted SA, no response. Closer to 4 I called, they were finishing up. I thought you said they were done at 2:30? No, they are finishing up now. Bottom line I got my car back at 5:20.
What was a little interesting to me, perhaps in an OCD kind of way, was that my fuel economy (which I always keep visible on the display) which was at 30.9 in the morning, was at 30.5 upon return. Apparently the valet's driving habits are a little different than mine!
Anyway the updates were done. I have noticed many of the same minor things as others (blinker sounds, some background color changes). I know they addressed the recall, but it still shows on my app, and no record of the service shows up on my app....maybe that will change?
