For you guys that wrench a little on your Lincoln Town Car, can the fuel filter be changed without jacking the car off the ground?

Oh yeah, it can, but it helps to jack it up a little bit on that side.

it can be done but the comfort level goes up when you raise the vehicle

Hi Babyburr. Can it be? Well... yes it can be changed without jacking it up. However, as everyone above stated, it would be a very tight squeeze and close quarters work environment, even for a nimble individual.
