Deep Sleep Mode

2023 Nautilus. Appears to have entered deep sleep mode. Tried alternate key location. No luck. Tried to jump it off with a portable charging unit. No luck. Vehicle has no power. In talking with 2 dealerships and 800 Lincoln, no one can tell me if there is a manual way to get the vehicle in Neutral in order to push it out of the garage. Also, in deep sleep, the electric parking brake sets as a safety feature. So, the wrecker had to drag the car out of the garage and on the driveway in order to load it. It took 2 hours. There's got to be a way to manually put the car in Neutral to move it. Right? We purchased this vehicle 10 days ago.

When the wrecker ”dragged“ the car out of your garage, did they use dollies under the wheels? If not, it’s a pretty good bet that you damaged the transmission.

As for moving the car to neutral, this is explained in th owner’s manual.
