Is it still a 1967 if nearly every aspect has been replaced or upgraded

It's cool, but it's not a '67 Continental. It mostly looks like one, but all of the changes have fundamentally changed the spirit and nature of the car to the point that it's not what it claims to be. If the changes had been to enhance the luxury of the car, both in amenities and mechanicals, then it would still be a Continental, but what it is now is... something else, like a GT500 wearing a Continental skin or some such.
