Corsair Hybrid- issues

I love my Corsair Hybrid. However about 1 month ago, the Corsair broke down in RT 75 in Florida when I was over 200 miles from home. The Lincoln road side assistance finally connected and a tow was arranged. However the driver arrived over 5 hours later, after 5:30 pm. I had to tow to a local dealer over 30 miles away and that dealer said they have no loaners for me. I arranged with Enterprise 3 miles from where I was broken down and asked they wait for me. The tow driver refused to take me 3 miles and I ended up hitch hiking [at 66 years old] and got to enterprise at 6:15; they were closed. I was left stranded. The dealer in South Tampa took about 2 weeks to diagnose the issue, which he says is rear transaxle. Surprising since all my dealer maintenance was perfect and car has 17,000 miles. Now waiting for the parts to arrive and they cannot give a date for arrival; what happen to supply chain experts in this company. After going on a month I am still in the dark when I can get my car back and what really happened. I tried to contact Micheal DeYoung at Lincoln corporate so he knows, but impossible to get a message to him. So I am writing on this forum; so other Corsair Hybrid owners know and see if they are having similar issues.
