Blackwood Rear bumper and or cover alternative Suggestion needed

I have found every part needed for this truck Except for the rear bumper cover or alternative bumper as well as the lights on each side of the license plate? Yes i have looked at ford 150 and navigator with no luck yet .

If the pic is the only issue with the bumper, (still looks straight so its just cosmetics, correct?), how about fiberglass resin and some reinforced plastic filler? You may have to use metal and some shallow stainless screws to make sure it doesn't crack again, but its much less expensive than a replacement and will look much better than a cover. Its black, so easy to match.
