Best Way to Clean Continental Seats?

I recently purchased a 1979 Continental Town Car and it needs the carpet and seats to be cleaned. Is there any product or way I should clean the seats? (Not leather) From what I’ve read maybe the Kashmir seats. Any help would be appreciated.

I do have the manual! I will definitely read it for the seats. I’ve only read a portion so far.
