Are Upper Door and Lower Front Door Pins the Same?

I have to replace the pin and bushings for the upper hinge of the driver's side door of my 97 Town Car.

When I look for replacement pins and bushings, I only see parts listings for pins and bushings for the lower hinge.

Could someone tell me if the pins and bushings for the upper hinge are the same as the ones for the lower hinge?

If not, could someone tell me where I can order an upper hinge pin and bushing?
