Any high mileage 2018+ Navigators?

Here's a bit more of information from the invoice. It states flushed all lines including transmission cooler and any lines using heated flush. Updated Transmission solenoid body ID and strategy using FDRS. Set fluid to proper level and performed adaptive drive cycle. Transmission is operating properly at this time.

At diagnose the reported no DTC's.

Any experience or recommendation on how frequently to change the fluid?

Fluid replacement as described above ..... 75,000 to 100,000 mile interval.

A drain and refill of any variety, 50,000 miles.

Part of the above depends on the use. If frequent towing especially if within 90% of limits and/or hills I would tend to be replacing the fluid every 50,000 miles.
Heat kills ATF. Frequent high heating of ATF kills the fluid sooner.

ok cool good to know. Normal everyday driving the trans temp is around 190F +/5deg. The most i recall seeing is 205F in 110 degree heat summer in Houston. I did replace the thermostat about 3 yrs ago. Good thing i did as it was falling apart with another factory Ford replacement.

Just traded in a 2018 L with just under 150,000 miles. No issues with anything except cam phasers that were replaced early in its life.
