I've had an '87, '89, '97, '04, and an '07 (current one) as daily drivers over the past 25 years. I bought the '07 5 years ago with 25K miles on it, and it now has 80K. I would suggest 2004-2007 (if you do a 2003 make sure if its an early build it doesn't have the rear axle issue) with the trim and options you want as noted above. It's not like the quality is horrible on 2008-2011 but be aware there is no air suspension on any 2011's and most of the 2010's - they dropped it near the end.
