98 Town Car cranks but no start

I have a 98 lincoln town car. There was an issue with battery drain which turned out to be an issue with the radio, a short i believe. Pulled both fuses for the radio. Car was starting up fine after that and battery is holding charge. A couple days ago i went to start it again and it cranks but does not start. I hear the fuel pump kicking on when i turn key forward. Other things i have done to car in the last 3 years i have owned it are

-New starter
-New plugs
-New fuel filter
-New pvc valve
-New fuel pump relay
-New camshaft position sensor
-New battery ( twice trying to find the parasitic draw issue)
-Removed alternator and has it tested
-A couple other new fuses

I did also buy a new fuel pressure regulator but havent installed it yet

Any help with what the crank no start issue could be would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
