Having trouble: the replacement passenger door side mirror harness connectors DON'T MATCH! Heated and Memory harnesses - The circular 4 hole (2x2 array) looks the same, the rectangular 3x2 hole array however isn't. The replacement came with a 6 "in-line" PIN, not holes. How to upload a pic?

I posted some info to your thread in the Lincoln owners lounge.

Attached is the electrical diagram for the 1995 Town Car. It appears the number of pins is related to the features housed within the mirror. The power only mirror has 3 pins so probably the 4 pin connector. The full power, memory and heated mirror seems to have 6 pins. So you will need to know what features your car has and what features the new mirror has.

Good luck.

Thank You! My '95 Cartier has the Memory feature as well as Heated feature for the power mirrors. There's two harnesses. The replacement was bought specifically with BOTH features specified, also came with two harnesses. but the 6 Pin looks VERY different!

Are you saying that your car has the 4 and 6 pin harnesses and the replacement mirror has the 4 and 6 pin harnesses as well, but the 6 pin mirror harness does not match the 6 pin car harness? I suppose the replacement mirror is not a Lincoln or Motorcraft unit? So you could investigate with the mirror supplier the wrong connector or cut off the old mirror connector and re-connect to the replacement mirror wiring.

Did my instructions on how to post pictures help you? Some pics of the harnesses would help.

Good luck.
