28 speaker locations

Does anyone know where all 28 speakers are located? If there a chart or picture showing location? I can find 17. Thanks

Hi Kevbol. If this helps you you get from 17 to 28: Coaxial locations (those with a combined woofer/tweeter or mid-range/tweeter), count as two speakers.

Anyone know where all 28 speakers and subwoofers are at in the Aviator? We tried counting them but cant find them all. Plus we are not sure which items in the roof are speakers for the radio and which are for voice/phone. Anyone have a diagram?

Hi Kevbol. Blind Internet guess: We can’t count grills. Coaxial speakers are counted as two speakers, although they are behind a single grill

So your four missing speakers are probably the coaxial speakers in each of the 4 doors.
4 speakers per door (not 3) equals 28 speakers.

Again, just a blind Internet guess. And as per the Revel Ultima speaker system in my car and others Lincolns with Revel systems.

Thanks bbf2530. I read your advice earlier. That is how I realized the dash was one grill with 3 speakers and the rear pillars are one grill with 2 speakers. I was out looking in my aviator and found the speakers above the doors each have 2 small speakers under one grill. Solves my mystery.

Did you make a note of the speaker sizes in the doors? Are they 6 x 9s or 6.5inch woofer speakers ?
