24 nautilus gps problem

Just took my first long trip. (120) miles and was using the built in gps. About 90 miles in. The system messed up. It keep repeating the last 1/10 of a mile over and over again. It tried the reset while in motion, but the screens came back on with the same problem. The only way to get it to work again was to shut car off and on. Also weather screen froze on same city and wouldn’t change while I was driving. Tried again for a short trip to pick up some food and about 2 miles it happened again. Then tried the next day on the way back home and same exact thing happened. google map screens on both wide display and touchscreen kept repeating same 1/10 of a mile over again, after 20 miles. Had to use my iPhone to get me to where I’m going. Just wondering. If any else had this problem and if the update will address it.

It sounds like your car lost connectivity. The fact that the weather app does not update is likely proof of that. It happened to me once. I rebooted the system (10 second press of the volume knob and a very loud pop) and everything came back.

Thanks but I tried the reset, didn’t work as stated above, weather app still didn’t update. and it keeps happening every time I try it. 3x so far. The only way I can get it to update is to completely shut down the car.

Are you getting any connection errors in your app when you click on Vehicle? You may try calling Lincoln concierge and see if they spot any issues with your car.

The Lincoln app is connecting now with no problem. I’ll try it the next time it acts up and before I shut down the car.

I would also check that your profile is still the active profile, just to be sure,

I encountered the issue where the navigation gets stuck on an instruction and just keeps repeating it. In my case, it also seemed like it was repeating the wrong instruction because I’m heading SE on Florida Turnpike, it kept repeating to continue going NW on Turnpike, so it was a little bizarre.

i was able to resolve it by canceling the Navigation. Five minutes later I re-started the route guidance and it worked fine.

i didn’t use the Navigation system the whole trip from Houston to Florida, but this was the only blemish in 1000 miles driven so far.

On my trip this week, we noticed Google Maps got "stuck". Luckily, I knew where I was and where I was going, but the map was about 7 miles incorrect. I touched the map on the center screen to expand it to the full 11" widescreen and it "caught up". All was good after that. Not sure if this is the same problem, but thought it was worth mentioning.
