Hello - Have a 2025 Navigator - got in the car yesterday and the temp setting was stuck on max. So max defrost, everything blowing and heating. Could not change this from the touchscreen - then when could get to the screen would to show heat and blower, seat heater, other controls/levels; I could turn them down but nothing would change in the system (so would show the level going down - but no effect on the setting). Is there a setting someplace to make the screen work again - so I can turn the heat down? Do i need to try a reset? Additionally, oddly at the same time one of my two screens on the top display was showing one theme on the right and a different on the left. Anything I can do that does not require me to go to the dealer?
