2025 Nautilus 360 Camera Distortion

After having my car serviced for the 2nd dead battery and OTA updates that previously failed, I’m now finding my 360 camera on the left and right side is distorted or ghosting. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've included an image, you can see the Nautilus logos on the side are at the yellow lines and the front tires are outside the yellow lines. I have open and closed the mirrors and did a software reset (on-off-on-off of volume knob) and neither remedied the issue. I've cleaned both of the cameras and feel it is software related to have both affected the same way.

My guess is that your Nautilus is a Hybrid and the battery service was therefore under your spare tire. Perhaps in that battery service they messed up the rear hatch so that the rear camera is not properly aligned causing the narrow tail that the side camera views are stitched into.

Thanks for the comments, I brought it to the dealership and they said the image I show is the correct behavior. Thankfully there was another Nautilus there to show them that it is not correct. No success so far in fix or resolution, may have to try another Lincoln dealer as they continue to look.

Dealer indicated there was a software update for IPMA module, image is now fixed after software update. Thank you for the responses, hope this can help someone else along the way.
