2025 aviator GPS signal not found

Hello everybody
Has anybody else had this happen. The update was completed successfully then a few days later the GPS loses its signal. Google maps just shows “searching for GPS” and BlueCruise is gone as well (car doesn’t know if it’s on a highway or local because of the GPs signal).
I’ve done a reset and let it “sleep” overnight as well. No improvement.

Seeing if anybody had this happen.

Service Advisor here. I would have it brought in since its still under warranty. It is likely the update didnt fully install on the GPSM in the vehicle and is causing issues with that module since thats where the vehicle recieves its signal input from.

Thanks MattMacMan. That’s what I ended up doing. But couldn’t get an appointment until 1/7/26 due to holidays.
