My 2024 Navigator has started making a high-pitched noise when braking and reversing. Sometimes the noise is intermittent, but other times it happens with every brake. I already took it to the dealership, and they machined the front rotors, claiming there was some chemical residue causing the noise. However, the noise returned the very next day.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? I read that the Nautilus had a recall related to the rotors — wondering if this could be a similar issue with the Navigator.
