Hello,
I currently have (12) black 2024 Lincoln Nautilus' that were made in China that are having issues with the horn constantly staying on after being washed in the mornings during the cold winter months in Colorado. At first, we had 3 Nautilus' where the horn would randomly go off consistently and intermittently without the key fobs near the cars and no persons in the vehicles. A month later, the original 3 vehicles were going off again and an additional 5 Nautilus' started going off randomly when it was cold and in the morning. When we took the vehicles to Lincoln, they first said it was the horn module. After replacing the module and the horn going off again, they then said it was the airbag being too close to the ground wires of the horn module. After the 2nd time, they are now claiming that the material of the airbag is bad and that the airbags have to be replaced. I have 12 of these cars and they tell me that they only have 2 airbag replacements in the entire US.
