2024 Corsair Grand Touring Software Issues

Since purchased I have had issues with Lincoln Way app intermittently removing charge settings, preferred charge times charge per cent, etc., charge location. It’s so bad now that I have been told by Lincoln Way to take it to the dealership for a software diagnosis and reset. Have any of you had a problem like this with the Lincolnway app. I operate iOS understand is not friendly with Ford's software. Thanks for any input or experience you may have encountered.

I've in the past had similar problems with my 2023 GT. III. However, a month (about the same time as the recall notice saying limit charge to 80%) or so ago it seems to have corrected itself.

Are you sure you have the latest Lincoln Way app version? I'm running v6.3.0 and notice that v6.4.0 is available.
