2022 Lincoln Navigator HUD Problem

Hi there! I just purchased a used 2022 Lincoln Navigator Reserve L. I didn’t realize at the time of purchase that the HUD wasn’t working correctly until I brought it home and started researching all the features. After watching a video on the HUD, I noticed that the center of the HUD that displays my MPH and lane assist does not show. There is a big black spot in the middle of it but displays everything else around it. I brought it back to the dealership and they sent it to a Ford dealership. Apparently it’s covered under warranty but they said they have never seen this happen before. I dropped it off almost a week ago and still no answer as to what caused or resolution. Anyone else had this happen??
