2021 Navigator APIM / Display Screen Issue

My Lincoln
2021 Navigator Reserve
Curious if anyone's experienced the touchscreen display or APIM module go out on a 2021 or similar navigator. Introduction pops up, but then goes dark blue and won't work. Soft reset doesn't work. Not sure how to do a master hard reset... I think you need the screen to do this? Im going to take it to dealership monday likely, but curious what kind of cost im looking at. Or if anyone knows how to do master reset let me know as i could try that. Under advanced settings on dash I don't see any option for reset. Anyone have this experience and how much did your repairs cost? Thank you

Hi OsterNate and welcome to the Lincoln Forums. I do not know the SYNC Master Reset procedure for the 2021 Navigator off the top of my head. However, it is outlined in your Owners Manual.

If you do not have your hard copy, you can download the PDF version from the Lincoln Owners website, and/or from the LincolnWay app on your phone (if you have it installed).
