2020 Lincoln Aviator hood latch 2nd pull not opening.

My Lincoln
2020 Aviator
My hood my 2020 Lincoln Aviator never opens on the second pull I have to go out of the car push down the hood a little bit go to it and Pull It Again and maybe it'll open if there's two people one can just pull the latch and it'll open how do I fix this thanks in advance
