My Lincoln
2019 Nautilus
Had this car just over two years already had...
Tranmission replaced
Rear hatch fixed
Steering column motor replaced
Driver side heated seat fixed
Driver compartment flooding fixed

Now my entire window washing system has stopped working. Started with the rear window just after winter. Now the front two won't spray anymore. I filled it with fluid a few days ago, went to use it...nothing. It trickled out like an old man trying to pee at night. Went back to check fluid levels this morning. Empty. Added some in, checked for leak...nothing.
So when I hit the washer i noticed the fluid was leaking out right where the hose connects to the sprayer on BOTH SIDES.
Looked under car, washer fluid pouring out. (I imagine it was just from it running out of the hoses at the sprayers)

Sorry, long post.
Is that fixable by a regular dude with little car knowledge, or do I have to go pay Ford $180.00 to diagnose, then whatever their repair fee is?

Also, Lincolns are pure P.O.S. cars.

I've had my 2019 for 3 1/2 years, about 20,000 miles when I got it. It has been a great car for me. The only significant issue was transmission delay when pulling away from a slow (not fully stopped, and then just last year, transmission shudder. The shudder was really bad. Trans flush fixed everything. I had read a bit about early Nautilus problems, but I've been very pleased. The dealer told me the shudder issue would require a torque converter; a very expensive job due to labor. My independent mechanic fixed it with the flush.

You must have a lemon. Very sorry to hear that. I would ask my friends if any have a trustworthy mechanic and try that route. (trustworthy is hard to find) The leak you mention should be an easy fix. I will admit I've been wrenching on cars & motorcycles for 55 years, so simple for me may be difficult for someone else.

I have my wife in a '19 Continental, select model (2nd from the bottom) and that is perhaps the nicest car we've ever had. S

Sorry you're having it rough on your car, but I think that's pretty unusual.

Best Regards,
jeff (upstate NY)
