The power liftgate stopped working. Does not open with button on the liftgate (glass doesn't open either), the button on the dash or the key fob. I pulled the fuse out, and put it back in, and the liftgate worked briefly (doesn't appear to be a fuse issue). Any solution? Also, is there a way to manually open the liftgate from the inside? I didn't see any of that info in the owners manual.

I believe that you have mentioned in one of your multiple posts on the same topic that the back window doesn't open either. If that's correct, it sounds like an issue with whatever control module controls the fifth door. Get Forscan, see which module is responsible for it, check for error codes coming from that module and try to reset the module (not the error code(s). Or just go to a dealer: you may end up doing it anyway, even with Forscan info/capabilities.
