2018 Lincoln Navigator Power Seat Controls not working - seat memory buttons work

I have a 2018 Lincoln Navigator and the driver side power seat adjustments stopped working. The memory recall buttons work and the seat adjusts to the different memory positions so the motors are working. The dealer replaced the power adjustment panel on the door and it still doesn't work. I'm wondering if it is an issue with the CPU because my radio presents reset every time we turn the car off and on too (goes to Sirius XM channel 184). Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue with my 2018 Navigator (driver seat memory recall buttons work, but other seat adjustment controls do not (except the massaging function does work)).

Has anyone been able to solve this issue?
I replaced my battery and then both driver and passenger front seat position buttons on the doors will not operate the seats.
Everything else works as far as door functions - windows, mirrors, massage.
The seat motors also work as the seat memory functions will move them into position.
I have tried both soft and hard resets.
I have used FORscan to run tests on all of the seat, door, and body control modules and everything is functioning without any faults.
I have done various module resets in different sequences per chat GPT recommendations which seemed to make sense (BCM -->DSM --> DDM) to no avail.
I visually inspected the fuses and seemed to be fine.
plan to go out with a test light tomorrow and see if any are actually open.

Just wondering if anyone has knowledge of this issue and solutions or wiring/signal diagram so I can understand how the door buttons are actually communicating with the seat adjustment motors.
