Hello!
I have a 2017 Lincoln Continental Reserve and I have been having moisture issues inside my cabin. If the temperature outside drops below freezing, the interior windows fog up really bad and moisture starts to build up. I think water is getting inside the cabin somehow but I haven't been able to find any evidence of water after heavy rains or going through the carwash and feeling all the carpets and checking the trunk.
I saw a TSB discussing water entering the HVAC system through the HVAC fresh air inlet and I am going to attempt to follow the TSB and see if that fixes my issue.
I have noticed my coolant overflow reservoir was below the minimum fill line and I filled it to the correct minimum level, I really hope my heater core isn't leaking.
Could it also be a drain issue for the AC? If so does anyone know the drains location?
I have attached a link to the PDF of the TSB and how to remove the cowl panel.
Thanks!
