2016 Lincoln MKX - Digital Speedometer?

Is it possible to add a digital speedometer to the middle screen on a 2016 Lincoln MKX gauge cluster? 2016's did not come with them, but I saw a video with a 2018 MKX that had a digital speedo, and a video with a 2017 having it. Based off of Ford OEM parts online, there are 3 different models of what looks like the same exact gauge cluster for the latest gen MKX's and for Ford Edge's around that time. Is it possible to program in a digital speedo? through ForScan or other means? Like I said there are 3 different models of clusters, would changing to a newer one add in the digital speedometer? Depending on the gauge model, it's either $400 or $800. Does anyone know if it's possible to program the original cluster or if buying a new cluster would add it? Thanks!
