Does anyone know a way to open the hood without access to the inside? I no longer have the spare metal key due to it laying somewhere between Ohio and Maryland (husband's a truck driver and dropped them while on a run) . We tried to get a copy made but for some reason the dealership says that Ford gets rid of the key codes after 6 yrs. So I just need to open the hood from the outside to get a jumper pack on it and unlock the doors. Any advice besides a locksmith or slimjim?
