2008 MKX fuel leak from gas tank

2008 MKX has a fuel leak. I found where it's coming from but I need help on what the part is called. I first lifted the back seat up on the drivers side and checked the seal on the fuel pump. That is good. I then went to the passenger side and there is another access panel that I took off, and found another.... pump? It's a circular component that is about half the size of the fuel pump. It's leaking from under that part. Seems like there's a O ring that went bad and leaking from that. What is this part called? Second fuel pump? Fuel sensor? etc....?

Maybe you can find it on this vid? (Edge is same as MKX) I didn't have time to watch it.

If not, then just a guess its the gas tank vapor vent and sensor but probably not since its located in the interior? If your getting liquid fuel leaking out of any gas tank seal, then it could mean there is too much positive or negative pressure inside the tank or a bad vent valve, but I'm thinking it would have thrown a code. If too much pressure and vent valve is working, then you'll have to backtrack thru engine to find where the blockage is. Too much gas tank pressure is kind of dangerous.
