2003 Lincoln interior light problem

Hey guys. New owner of a 2003 Town car . I have a problem with the interior lights coming on and off only when the car is off. I can hear a relay click under the dash and the interior lights , some and door panels come on for about 30 seconds then go off. No door ajar warning on dash and no other alarms. Battery will be drained after a day or so. Looking for insight on where to start looking. Ddm is funky too. I have power seats and windows that work but the door locks don't and neither does the power latch for the trunk. Not sure if the interior lights have anything to do with it. Not too concerned about the locks and trunk not working because I can manually lock until I get the battery dying issue fixed. Thanks I'm advance for the replies!

If the interior lights come on for a short time, I'd guess the car thinks one of the doors has been opened and closed, possibly due to a bad switch or wiring.

I'd start by disconnecting connector C501B at the DDM (which will disconnect the door switches from the DDM) and see if the problem remains. If that stops the problem, I'd disconnect each door switch in turn (which means opening the door panel on each door) to isolate which one stops the issue from occurring.

The problem with the interior lights is separate from the DDM. It’s probably a door adjar switch that’s making intermittent connection. Attached is instructions on how to maintain the door adjar switches.
