So We've already changed our fan, blower motor, and the blower motor resistor but the air blows hot and won't come out of the vents at all any ideas on what could be causing this and what I need to have done

Hey there @Ameliarogers.

I think we need a little more detail before we can help.

You changed your blower motor fan, motor, and resistor What symptoms led you to that repair?

You said the air won't come out of the vents at all. Do you mean that when you press the vent button on the control module, the air just won't come out of the vents but will work on defrost or floor?

You said the air blows hot. Is that from all vents or just a certain vent?

I'll answer making some assumption and you can correct me as needed.

If your car won't blow cold air at all, as @jkeaton mentioned, you are most likely dealing with low coolant (Freon) in your a/c system.

If your air won't come out of your vents when you press the button but will work on other settings. This is probably an issue with your control module and the vacuum seal or possibly some sort of blockage in your system.

If hot air blows on just one side of your car then you most likely have a blend door actuator issue.

There may be other things but those are what I am familiar with. There are a ton of threads one here discussion a/c issues if you do a search as well.

Two things:
  1. Blend doors
  2. Refrigerant charge.
That's what I was thinking but there are more than one from what I'm told upper and lower u have the HVAC mode door actuator

We purchased this vehicle from some friends I had known for a while and when they were driving it the air was so cold it would run you outta there but he has it parked a few months before he sold it to us bc a a minor maintenance issue anyways he had some one working on it and they honestly did more bad then good kinda had stuff rigged therefore I'm not sure what they may have. The previous owner said just get it charged but that obviously wasn't the issue at hand. In winter months we actually had to run the fan straight to the motor but the heat would come out a lil on defrost but now I've noticed there isn't much air coming out anymore but I do feel heat coming off of it

So I'm not sure what would actually stop air from coming through at all especially bc I can hear the blower motor working I am sure I'll need to get it charged but I'm trying to get the actual problem fixed before I do

Check the first couple minutes of this video out, he is working on a Grand Marquis but it's the same car basically as a Town Car. This sounds like your issue.
