My 2002 lincoln continental has limited embroided on seats but I am having trouble finding out what is the difference, does anyone have information on this?

It's just a different trim package.

A Limited Edition was offered, featuring unique leather interior with "Limited" embroidery, two-toned interior trim, wood steering wheel, 6-disc CD changer, and 16" spoked aluminum wheels.

it also has factory navigation, is this car worth more than others or is it same as base with options

I highly doubt it. It's still a 20 year old car. I imagine the factory navigation is woefully outdated and adds no value at all. You can check KBB and compare prices of the two models.

I have a 06 Navigator Limited. Purchased used about 10 years ago.

The Limited edition for Navigator came with many options as standard or included with the "Limited" package. It also came in one of three unique exterior colors. And interior leather that had piping where no other Navigator had.

There is a difference in retail value for my 06 Navi Limited. However, is about 3 or 4 hundred dollars. Not much any more.

The factory navigation was updated with CDs by the factory for a number of years. And the support was discontinued. Mine still works. There are Real Estate changes for the last 5 years or so that are missing. However, it does a fairly good job of serving as a map. There are features to it that I do not use. And integrated into the system is AM/FM, 6 CD player, Sirius radio and a rear entertainment.
