2001 Lincoln Town Car Cartier Television and Phone

Hi Y'all,
A just bought Lincoln Town Car, it is my first one. It runs amazing. And i m new in this forum, i want to know that,
How can i adjust its TV? TV does not receive any channel. And,
How can i use the car phone? It is pretty old but i m wondering regarding any solution.

Since both are probably analog units it is highly unlikely either will function in today's digital world.

I have the phone in my 97 Town car and i was told that you can still get service through Verizon by a Verizon dealer. I never had it turned on though.
