1981 Town Car driver door lock actuator hookup.

Hey all,

I have a 1981 lincoln town car that has had trouble with the power locks. For the longest time, the actuator in the driver's door hadn't worked until one day, when I locked the doors I heard a terrible grinding sound coming from inside the door. Upon removal of the door panel, I have found the actuator is unhooked. Now that the actuator is working, I'd like to re-hook it up. Problem is, I don't know where to, and I can't find anywhere that looks like the hookup spot. My door panel is hanging off the door so any speedy replies are greatly appreciated!!

UPDATE!!

I still cannot find where to hook the "hook" to move the door lock. After watching some online tutorials, am I supposed to remove the entire lock assembly from the door? That seems a bit much, but if that is part of the process...
