It was working properly when I got my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus, but the computer began needing a Soft Booting after 3 or 4 starts, so I replaced the battery but it didn't stop the problem.
I took it to the dealer and they reset the computer but now the 12V outlet doesn't power off when I shut off the car.
This power outlet is used for my dash cam and if it doesn't shut down the camera doesn't turn off.
Is there a command line in the computer that controls this outlet under the main control panel, so I can tell the technician what to look for?
