07 Town Car Engine Stall when D selected

Good day,

I have a 2007 Town Car with 87,778miles on it. The last two times when passengers are with me, the engine stalls when I shift to Drive. When this happens, I'll place it in Park, turn the key, have the starter sound but it won't roll over. A few seconds wait time, try again and everything opperates as it should. The strange part is it's only when i have a passenger in the front and rear that it stalls.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I cant wait to see the answer for this. im totally stumped and dont even know where to begin.
if i were you i would have the car scanned with a scan tool read pending codes. also one that can check and test modules.
if you can get two passengers, preferably with socks on so not to damage the interior. let both passengers get in through the drivers door. one climb in the back and one climb in the passenger seat. then try to start the car.
if it starts then maybe theres an issue with the wiring going into one of the passenger doors. i know its pretty far fetched idea but worth a try

i dont know how the airbags work but i wonder if in a crash every airbag goes off or if the car has sensors to detect weight in that seat. if thats the case then it could be something in that area thats failed. again far fetched ideas im throwing out here.
