vanity mirror

Happy Holidays! The vanity mirror in my 71 Mark III looks like a picture, taken through a kaleidoscope, of McGyver exploding a bomb. The glass is not cracked, but the mirror backing appears to have disintegrated. Does the mirror just pop-out of the visor? Or is the visor/mirror a single...
