rear screen

I just bought a 2020 Navigator on Friday and I’m trying to hook up a Roku stick in the rear entertainment for the kids. When I plug it in and go to the HDMI Source, it says “No Signal” - it briefly worked for about 30 seconds and then the screen got scrambled and it went back to “No Signal”...
